I recently has an inquiry about how I built this portable moaning myrtle sink basin. This unit was built with cardboard, decorative wood trim from craft store, wood dowels, shoelaces, plastic cut able mirror and many layers of craft paint. It also houses a hidden surprise. Much like the real sink basin.
Tip: Use the backside of the booze bottles. Recycle your existing food/beverage bottles and use homemade or my potion labels. A bag of assorted corks and a bit of ribbon and twine will look authentic. I used a recycled Starbucks frap bottle for the enchanted sips. I used the original bottle for the cinnamon broom sticks. I got a few other bottles from the dollar store and craft store.

I used a lot of different art media to create this look. I used a bit of everything. So have a closer look at the picture with the crafting supplies. Use whatever you have on hand. Use your favorite crafting products. Also, don't be afraid to make and cut your own image. I hand cut this cauldron out of scrapbook paper. I sanded the edges to make it look distressed. I wanted the cauldron to be big, so I had to make it myself to get the size I wanted.
